Shipping Policy

NOTE: NO ORDERS OVER PKR 10,000 WILL BE DISPATCHED ON COD.

For In Stock Items: Items that are readily available in our inventory will be prepared and dispatched via courier service within 1-3 business days upon receipt of full payment. Please expect a delivery window of 4-6 business days for your shipment to reach you.

For COD (Cash on Delivery) items, the shipping process will take approximately 3-5 business days, and you should allow a timeframe of 5-8 business days for the shipment to be delivered to your address.

Out of Stock Items: If an item is currently out of stock, we will work on processing it within 35-40 business days. Any reduction in this timeframe will be communicated to you promptly.

Once your out-of-stock item is ready and handed over to the courier company, you will receive a tracking number to keep you informed about its shipping status.
